Developing through experience has always intrigued me. During my studies at the Helsinki University of Technology I had a possibility to apply the experience-based approach to teaching. In my 15 years in Nokia I experienced my own development through the different jobs I had in the areas of marketing, general management of Customer Services and global roles in Human Resources Development. 

As a professional coach, trainer and facilitator I have a strong belief in developing ourselves constantly. This happens by taking time to stop, reflect, learn and create new, better habits - together.
